Walton Rehabilitation Hospital, the cornerstone of Walton Rehabilitation Health System, is a not-for-profit rehabilitation hospital located in the Medical Corridor of Augusta, Georgia.

The hospital offers adult and adolescent inpatient and outpatient programs for persons recovering from stroke, head injuries, spinal injuries, orthopedic injuries, chronic pain and other disabling illnesses and injuries. Aiken Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Center Brings New Specialty to Aiken Area

Aiken, SC - Aiken's first physical medicine and rehabilitation physician launched his practice when the Aiken Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Center opened its doors on May 4.

Dr. John Nicholson, medical director of the new center, provides the area's first physician-directed diagnosis and treatment of injuries or related disabilities requiring rehabilitation and/or physical therapy treatment. Adolescent and adult patients with acute and chronic pain and sub-acute neurologic and orthopedic conditions will be seen.
